Back to Staff Tim Day is an estate agent with a track record of success, with over 20 years' experience of selling, letting and holiday letting residential property across prime central London. Tim started his career in 1996 with Berkeley International estate agents in Kensington and soon became a key member of the sales team which led to the business being acquired by Douglas & Gordon in 2004. During this time he regularly appeared on television (The Money Programme, Tonight with Trevor Macdonald, ITV London Tonight) for his commentary on the London market. In 2010 Tim launched Cutler & Bond estate agents which specialises in garden flats across prime Central London, and was chosen by SKY, as one of the three leading UK estate agents, to be part of their TV show 'Let me sell your house'. With the trend of holiday letting becoming prevalent in London in 2015, Tim launched Air Manage London, an airbnb holiday letting management company which complemented his estate agency activities and in doing so became the first London agent to be able to provide clients with a full service offering: sales, long term letting & holiday letting.
